This Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans purchased on Nexsez, as listed on our Pricing page.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. This applies to all plans (1 Month, 6 Months, and 1 Year), whether the plan is used in full or not.
Before committing to a paid plan, you can use the 1 Month Free Trial at no cost. This lets you evaluate the Service fully before making any payment, so no charge is made — and therefore no refund is applicable — during the trial period.
If your plan is set to renew automatically, you can cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following period. Cancelling does not refund the current, already-paid period — you retain access until it ends.
The only exceptions to this no-refund policy are: (a) a duplicate or accidental charge caused by a technical error, which will be corrected once verified, and (b) any refund required by applicable law.
