These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Nexsez (the "Service"), a multi-shop tailoring business management platform operated by Nexsez ("we", "us", "our"), based in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you ("you", "the customer") agree to these Terms.
Nexsez provides software for managing tailoring shops, customers, orders, measurements, and related business workflows, offered on a subscription basis with the plans listed on our Pricing page. We may update, add, or remove features over time to improve the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Subscription plans are billed according to the plan and duration you select at checkout. Access continues for the paid period; some plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to it, interfering with its normal operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy of the customer, order, and business data you enter into the Service.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. See our Refund Policy for information on cancellations and refunds.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Nexsez. You retain ownership of the business data you input into the Service; we do not claim ownership of your customer or order records.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service, or request account closure, at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
