Started shaping the idea for Nexsez after seeing tailoring shops manage orders and measurements on paper and scattered spreadsheets.
Studied how a real tailoring business actually operates, from intake to fitting to delivery, and designed the platform around that flow.
Built the core system for customer profiles, order creation, and order tracking — the foundation of the whole platform.
Added measurement management and tailoring design storage, so every order carries the exact details a tailor needs.
Extended the platform to support multiple shops from one account, so growing businesses could manage every branch together.
Continuing to refine the dashboard, payments, and workflow tools as Nexsez grows with the shops that use it.
